If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can initiate a return or exchange process within the specified timeframe from the date of delivery.
Return Process

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare the Package
Ensure the item is in its original, mint condition with all accessories, cables, and original packaging included to qualify for a full refund.
- 3.Ship the Product
Securely pack the items and ship them to the designated service center using a trackable shipping method, as Linsoul is not responsible for lost return shipments.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technical team inspects and approves the returned unit, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
